Expression of Interest
Expressions of Interest for VIP Operators is currently closed.
Queenstown Airport Corporation (QAC) invites suitably qualified and experienced VIP operators to express their interest in the nonexclusive use of the VIP rank at Queenstown Airport.
VIP operators are required to:
- Have a proven track record with QAC;
- Operate a luxury airport transfer with meet and greet service;
- Have a Qualmark rating;
- Have uniformed drivers;
- Have a minimum of 5 luxury vehicles in fleet;
- All vehicles must be less than 10 years from the date of manufacture;
- Have an active health and safety policy;
- Have a customer service policy;
- Hold passenger service licence;
- Have current vehicle COF;
- Hold Public Liability insurance cover of at least $5 million.

Timeline
Expressions of interest open: 30 May 2027.
Closing date: competed Agreements received in the QAC inbox by 4 pm on the 30 June 2027.
Commencement of Agreement: 1 July 2027.
QAC reserves the right to change any date in the expression of interest process by issue of a written notice to all submitted expressions.
