To obtain approval and access, Taxi Operators must:
- Ensure the average age of all vehicles is less than 12 years from the date of manufacture.
- Provide the following documents (PDF or JPEG only):
| Copy of current* Certificate of Fitness (COF) showing licence plate number *no more than 1 month from expiry |  |
| Copy of current* Vehicle Licence Registration (REGO) *no more than 1 month from expiry |  |

Once your application has been approved, the Ground Transport team will provide instructions to create an online account to manage your transactions and how to collect your access card(s).
