To obtain approval, Operators must provide the following documents (PDF or JPEG only):

| Commitment to customer service policy (Compliments/Complaints process) | |
| Large Passenger Service Licence (LPSL) |  |
| Valid Public/ General Liability Insurance. Cover of at least $5 million per event. |
